I have been researching on colleges/universities relating to music courses.
Some of the college/universities are as follows:-
1. Royal Northern College of Music:
Master of Music (MMus)
Solo Performance (including Conducting and Repetiteur Studies)
Chamber Music
Orchestral Studies
Composition.
Two years full-time, or one-year intensive full-time.
180 Credits: 60 Credits Core Principal Study, selected from the four specialisms above; plus 120 credits worth of options (a minimum of 60 credits selected from List B).
Applicants for the two year MMus in Chamber Music or Orchestral Studies must apply in the first instance for the two year MMus in Solo Performance. For one year courses all pathways are available.
2. School of music, University of Leeds:
Qualification: BA
Entry requirements:
Required to achieve one of the following (or equivalent):
-A level grades ABB, including A in Music (other A levels can include General Studies, but not Practical Music)

Fees:
The tuition fees for 2010/11 will be announced in March 2010 for the students. As a guide, the 2009/10 fees for full-time UK/EU students is £3,225 per year.
Modes of study and duration of the course:
3 Years Full Time
3. Royal academy of music:
The Academy offers a wide range of University of London degrees, from Undergraduate BMus to PhD level. Several special one-year programmes are also available.
The four-year BMus undergraduate programme is constantly developed and refined to ensure that students are fully prepared for the rapidly-changing demands of the professions.
The Academy's postgraduate programmes offer a flexible and co-ordinated scheme of awards which are given below:
1. Postgraduate Diploma in Performance (Musical Theatre)
2. Master of Arts in Performance
3. Master of Music in Performance
4. Master of Music in Composition
5. Research degrees to Doctorate level
If he/she have musical and academic skills are good enough for BMus entry but their English language skills are below IELTS 5.5, they could afford to apply for the Academy's one-year Foundation Programme, offering them an intensive English language course as well as providing music tuition.
If he/she wish to benefit from undergraduate training at the Academy but do not require a full programme of study which leads to a qualification, the Academy offers a range of Year-In opportunities.
