Final Draft for Festival

Today, we planned to complete our whole web-page design for the festival. After completing our ‘homepage’, ‘images’ and ‘animation’ we still need to complete our ‘music’ page. We asked our personal tutor to help us out in completing our festival task.

Sixth Draft for Festival

Today, we are still continuing our animation for our web-page design. There were a lot of mistakes in our animation like some part of the images were not properly done and got mixed up with other images. We had a slight problem with the video and radio play because fort eh video we didn't have sufficient time to finish and as for radio play we have not complete the task so we decided to remove both the video and radio play from the web-page. For the 'Music' page we asked our IMedia tutor to put the music which is of 'batman theme' where we created for our music class. He showed us the steps to do like exporting the music and keep it in the web-page but due to some problem in downloading the batman theme from the Logic Pro 8 he told us that he will help us later.
Overall, we completed our ‘animation’ and ‘images’ pages in our web-page design for the festival except for the music part we still need help to complete our web-page design.

Fifth Draft for Festival

Today, we started doing animation for the remaining parts of the web-page design we created for the festival. It was really difficult to stimulate texts and animation together as we just started learning harder animation for our web-page design. We asked some help from our personal tutor who knows a lot about animation. It took 3-4 hours to do our animation for our web-page design. There were some problems in the computer system like music and videos not working in the the web-page design we created.

Fourth Draft for Festival

Today, we both started doing the web-page design for the festival in a computer. The web-page design we are creating it in Adobe Flash CS4. Firstly, we are trying to create our homepage for the festival. In the homepage, we decided to use the black background with a written text called introduction and make it in an animated way later. After finishing our homepage, we created our second page layering out the number of images and later we are planning to do animation on it. After doing the images we created our third page which the title is animation becaise we are keeping the 4 different tasks related to animation. For now we just layer them in texts and numbers in order into four sections and planned to do animation later. In the fourth page, we gave the title ‘Music, Radio Play and Video’ where we wiill be keeping different things relating to music, video and radio play in three different sections. Finally, we used this page as our final page using the text as ‘Thank You’ and later we are planning to do animation for it.

Third Draft for Festival

Today, we are carrying out the planning like making changes in ideas in planning and created four different rough boxes in an A4 sheet paper. In the first box, we made a homepage with a heading ‘Home’ and sub-heading ‘Introduction’. In second page, we decided to use images in different layers. In the third page, we decided to keep the title ‘Animation’ because we planned to keep some tasks related to animation. In the fourth box, we made two different category which are music, radio play and video.

Roles for the Festival

Today we started a new unit 'Festival'. We were given a task to research and record the three main festivals which are Glastonbury festival, Thames festival and Edinburgh festival in the UK. we looked up in an internet and wrote about its introduction and main aspects in these festivals. when we were doing our research in these three festivals we told we told to create our own live festival.

We all were given given a tasks to carry out for the festival. The roles for our class are:-
My role for the festival is to promote a web-page design along with my friend, Falak. We are told to stimulate our own ideas and make sure to complete our task together.

Courtinie will be the director for the festival and take responsibility for the radio play that will be taking place in the festival.

Helen and Tanjiana will be taking responsibility in charge of the whole festival event. their duties is to make sure every students who are doing their individual tasks to be done in a proper way and see nothing goes wrong during the time of the festival.

Reece will be doing an advertisement for the festival so that more people will be attracted. His task is use different ideas like leaflets and posters to attract more people.

Denish and Patrick roles will be a technician. they task is to be responsible for the electronics and other stage props to be working at a good rate in the festival.

Iguano is in charge for the music for the festival. Basically, his job is attract more people to come in the festival because without music the surroundings will be quite boring so its good to have some music so people could enjoy their surrounding.

Emmanuella is the female budget woman for our festival. She will be carrying out the task to make sure all the prices and sale information goes as plan to make the festival successful.

Creating a Web-page Design for the Festival

The materials we will need are :
-A4 sheet papers
-Pencil/Colour pens
-Adobe Flash CS4
-Internet (to see some examples of web-page designs)
-Colour Printer
-Blogger/Pages (written drafts for the web-page design we are going to create for the festival)
-Animations
-Images
-Music
-Memory stick

These are things we needed for creating our own web-page design for the festival. Firstly, we will be using A4 sheet paper and pencil to create and design our planning for the web-page. Then we will be using Adobe flash CS4 to start our designing for the web-page for the festival. We will be using animation, images and music in the web-page. After doing these task, we will be writing drafts for each day we created our web-page design in Pages and will be keeping it in the blogger later. After completing our web-page design for the festival we will be printing out our written drafts in the colour printer. As for our web-page design for the festival, we were reminded that the tutor will be taking our task from transferring to his memory stick.

Second Draft for Festival

Planning for festival:

Today, we are starting to do a planning in creating a web-page deign for the festival. Firstly, we wrote the names of the the tasks we have done for the each units of Media and Creative Diploma Course in an A4 sheet paper.
After this my friend decided to do some rough sketches and discussed it with me to see whether the sketches are good enough for the festival or not.

First draft for Festival

After finishing up the festival research task, we were given a task to make our own festival. This task was a group work and were given a task for each two people to gather informations and ideas in making a festival. Me and my friend were given a task to make a web-page design for the festival.
For today, we decided to look up some examples of web-designs from different links in an internet. The web-page designs were quite done in a unique and crative way. The web-page designs from an internet were quite helpful normally giving us some hints to create our own web-page design for the festival.
